Menu's and more.  Eat Local.  Eat Fresh.

 

 Remember meals should not take more than 30 minutes....in fact many can be made in less than 20.  The kitchen should not cause stress, it should be a place of inspiration and fun...and in the end a fabulous meal!

Try also, to eat organic whenever possible.  Limit Meat consumption to 1/3 ( or less) of your meal...it's super easy, I promise!

Start with these little nuggets below, and add fresh veggies, Chicken, Lamb, Water Buffalo....Beans.  Be creative and have fun!

  • Pasta

  • Canned Tomatoes

  • Pesto

  • Rice

  • Dried Mushrooms

  • Rice Noodles

  • Canned Tuna

  • Coconut Oil

  • Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • Egg Noodles

  • Potatoes

  • Olives

  • Capers

  • Sun Dried Tomatoes

Begin with your Pantry:

  • Fish Sauce

  • Eggs

  • Butter

  • Cheese

  • Hot Sauce

  • Concentrated Broth

  • Lime Juice

  • Apples

  • Celery

  • ​Carrots

  • tortillas

  • bacon

  • cream Cheese

  • Jam

  • Mayonaise

  • Ginger

  • Beer

  • Wine

Then Look into your Fridge:

On their own or with a few fresh ingredients...

Vegetarian or not, with the lists above, you and your family will  never go hungry.
